John Tackach has been a successful trial lawyer in the Hudson Valley since 1981. He graduated from Duke University in 1971 and from St. John's University Law School in 1975. Mr. Tackach became licensed to practice law in 1976 and has devoted himself to litigation and trial practice ever since. 


He concentrates in the areas of personal injury law, negligence law, and criminal defense. His peers recently named him an Upstate New York Super Lawyer in the field of negligence.


Mr. Tackach and his family reside in the Town of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York.​
